Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists availability. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice, otherwise you will be subject to a $25.00 Service Fee.

Please do not arrive to your appointment taking out your hairstyles. This will cause us to begin your services late, which will cause a delay in your schedule. We consider your time at the salon valuable so please give us the same consideration. Thank you.

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.


Xclusive Hair Designs and Hair Loss Clinic Payment Policy

  • Due to financial situations, if you are not able to meet your payment obligations, feel free to call and reschedule within 24-48 hrs.
  • Client must cancel appointments within 24 hrs. or a $25 cancellation fee will have to be paid before next appointment is scheduled.
  • Payment is due at time of service…NO CREDIT IS ALLOWED.
  • Personal Checks are accepted…but will not be accepted if postdated.
  • Returned checks have a $25 return check fee.
  • If your check is returned, Xclusive Hair Designs will no longer be able to accept your checks…Only cash, credit card, or money order.
